To register and maintain a valid Account on Master188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Master188 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure or refusal to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and/or the witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the Master188 Platform at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances and bonuses.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Master188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our24/7 support team. Master188 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of — or reasonable grounds to suspect — a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Master188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian-supported payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are generally completed within one business hour, subject to bank processing schedules. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.3 Currency

Currency conversion rates applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are determined at the time of processing and may vary.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Master188 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and cashback offers — are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money wagers (not other Bonus Funds) within the bonus validity period.

• Unauthorised Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in multiplayer or live dealer environments.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of any valid deposit made to your Master188 Account.
• Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform or your Account.

Master188's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence.
